Delete your Pawverse account

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to Pawverse.
2. Open Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account and confirm with your password (or your Google account).

Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo) and your sign-in account.
• Your pets and the health records you added to them.
• Your community posts.

What may be kept

• Records a veterinary clinic created about your pet's visits, orders you placed with a store, and adoption applications you sent to a shelter. These belong to that organization's records; you can ask the organization to remove them.
• Comments you left on other people's posts, which you can delete yourself before deleting your account.

If you own a clinic, shelter or store on Pawverse, delete the organization from its settings first.

Can't sign in?

Email pawversepk@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Pawverse account". We'll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days.
