By creating an account or using Pawverse you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Pawverse.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

Community guidelines

The community is for pet lovers. When you post or comment, you must not share content that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or impersonates anyone;
• is hateful or discriminatory;
• is sexually explicit, violent or shows animal cruelty;
• is spam, a scam, or advertises illegal goods, including the sale of protected or stolen animals;
• shares someone else's private information without permission.

You can report any post, comment or user, and block users you don't want to see. Our team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Pawverse permission to display it in the service.

Health information is not veterinary advice

Pet health records, reminders and community discussions in Pawverse are for your convenience only. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately.

Clinics, shelters and stores

• Organizations on Pawverse are independent. They are responsible for their services, appointments, adoption decisions, products, prices and deliveries.
• Orders are cash on delivery. Pawverse does not process payments and is not a party to the sale.
• Organizations must only request access to pet records they need for care, and must keep client data confidential.
• We review organizations before they go live and may suspend any organization that misuses the platform.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Pawverse: don't try to access data that isn't yours, interfere with the service, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal.

Disclaimer and liability

Pawverse is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts of other users or organizations.
